PHIN – fee information

FIPO would remind consultants that under the Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order 2014 they have an obligation to provide their fee information for publication.

PHIN will be providing a series of virtual events to take consultants through their processes. The sessions will focus on:

• how to log onto the PHIN Portal;
• the fee submission and approval journey; and
• what information is helpful to provide to patients when creating a profile that is hosted on the PHIN website

The sessions should be pre booked at consultants@phin.org.uk and will be run on the following dates:

Monday       18th October 1pm to 6pm

Wednesday 20th October 8am to 1pm

Tuesday       2nd November 8am to 1pm

Thursday     4th November 8am to 6pm

Follow up sessions will focus on the data that is submitted to PHIN about consultants’ practice, both the episode data submitted by private hospitals and data that is supplied to PHIN about NHS activity in England.
